Re: Anadrol question
Before anyone answers yes or no, can you answer yes or no with KNOWING a CMP blood profile came in clear?
Get a CMP done if you have coverage. Comprehensive Metabolic Panel
The CMP includes:
Glucose
Calcium
Both increased and decreased levels can be significant.
Proteins
Albumin
Total Protein
Albumin, a small protein produced in the liver, is the major protein in serum. Total protein measures albumin as well as all other proteins in serum. Both increases and decreases in these test results can be significant.
Electrolytes
Sodium
Potassium
CO2 (carbon dioxide, bicarbonate)
Chloride
The concentrations of sodium and potassium are tightly regulated by the body as is the balance between the four tests. Electrolyte (and acid-base) imbalances can be present with a wide variety of acute and chronic illnesses. Chloride and CO2 tests are rarely ordered by themselves.
Kidney Tests
BUN (blood urea nitrogen)
Creatinine
BUN and creatinine are waste products filtered out of the blood by the kidneys. Increased concentrations in the blood may indicate a temporary or chronic decrease in kidney function. When not ordered as part of the CMP, they are still usually ordered together.
Liver Tests
ALP (alkaline phosphatase)
ALT (alanine amino transferase, also called SGPT)
AST (aspartate amino transferase, also called SGOT)
Bilirubin
ALP, ALT, and AST are enzymes found in the liver and other tissues, while bilirubin is a waste product of the liver. All can be found in elevated concentrations in the blood with liver disease or dysfunction.A government big enough to give you everything you want, is strong enough to take everything you have. -Thomas Jefferson

Re: Anadrol question
Ummmm, I don't know whether or not a CMP has anything to do with my answer but......
No I've never had severe muscle tightness from drol.
At least no drol by itself.
Also, should the first line read WITH or WITHOUT knowing?
"Before anyone answers yes or no, can you answer yes or no with KNOWING a CMP blood profile came in clear?"
That being said....
What does the CMP resutls have to do with the use of drol or not?
Should there be certain factors in the CMP profile to help determine if the drol should be used? Or not used?
Thanks firsteneregy - any added info is very much appreciated.
Also would this CMP test done befroe during or after a cycle?
Does it carry over to dbol a well?
Is it a test tos ee if one is "healthy enough" to do orals?
Is it somehing you would recommend for anyone using AAS inj. or not?
Any additional is always great!
Thanks!

Re: Anadrol question
If you were a general practitioner and a patient came in to you and said I have lower back pain the doc would want to rule out any kidney problems and a BMP the B means basic or a CMP would be done. If you said you have a dull ache under your rib cage in the front he would run a liver profile (CMP covers this).A government big enough to give you everything you want, is strong enough to take everything you have. -Thomas Jefferson

With that being said a doc would not likely run a CMP at all.
He'd check for muscle tightness with his hands and simply prescibe a muscle relaxant.
Very, very doubtful a CMP would be ordered of even in order for muscle tightness.
Low back pain - no not likely for that either.
Kidney problems a problably one of the few things they would even consider----especially if the patient said he has muscle tightness as the OP did.
But I guess that is a test one could run. But again - is it done before during or after? Or does it matter?

Re: Anadrol question
Okay. People think its muscle tightness. Don't you think a weight trainer would know delayed onset muscle soreness or any other muscle related injury? Go ahead, I've watched them come and go. NO ONE signs on to start a thread that their liver and kidneys are 80% comprimised. Good luck is all I can say.
