been about 8 weeks...i'll go another 8 or so, but i think after 4 more, i'm switching over to prop/npp. then, i want to move on too eq/prop...just gotta find some eq. holding at 224 right now...a little more fat than i'd like, but i'm pretty happy with the size gains

                            Re: NPP

you know I stuck to the gym, had a great workout partner, ate clean and took great supps went from 19% bf(h20 test) to 11%. Felt great and looked great. that said since I've got this killer job I've been eating like poop and working out even less. so I'm back on and keeping with my diet and routine. been at it since the first of the year and going strong. just don't hope I travel like I did last year cause that was a fukin mess. I just look back at last year and wish I would have been more responsible. my work ahead in the gym would just be to maintain instead i got to get back where I was... lesson learned.
