  • blood work

    ok so i have been off since early october. Im getting ready to jump back on march 1st. I thinks its time i get some blood work done. Im 25 years old. have been cycling for the last 4 years on and off. I have ran 4 or 5 cycles. Im sitting at about 195lbs and 11% bf. oh im 5'7 and i compete in powerlifting.

    i had some questions on blood work. I have great insurance and Im gonna go the my primary care dr. what should I have them check for?

    Comprehensive Metabolic
    Lipid Panel
    Liver Values (Bilirubin, Albumin)

    Optional

    Testosterone Total and Free
    Thyroid Panel
    TSH, FSH, LH
    Cortisol

          Yes, your dr might not want to run everything at first for two reasons
          1. Some of those test would be run only if initial numbers came in bad. Example... total testosterone would be run first and then free and bound in a later blood test.
          2. Most doctors have god complexes and don't like to be told what to do.

            they dont encourage me to use but they know about it. I dont lie to them about what i do and how often i do it.

              That's good. You can monitor your health.

              I would suggest you ask your doc not to write AAS in your file and put sports supplements for his records. Just to be safe. You never know, it can come back to bite ya.
