Hey guys, just got refferred here from a friend, and this is my first post. Let me start with stats
age 22
Location: detroit, mi
190 lbs
15" bi's
22" quads
15" calves
16" neck
42" chest
Probably around 18% bf or so. Train 5 days a week with 4 days cardio.
I want to go on a cutting cycle, but not quite sure what to do and how much, etc... I have never done a cycle before but have been trying to research as much as possible.
One more problem is that I have very little money to spend on AS, so I need a cheap but effective cutting cycle. Ok Thanks guys, and I'm glad to be part of the board.
