I have developed a very weird pain on the right side of my lower abs... its almost like hernia kinda pain ... it started by week 5 of my cycle , i was doin REAL HEAVY deads and i felt it ... from then every time i do deads or squats i feel it... for the past few days its always there, its not just on the training days... i took the past 3 days 0ff gym and the pain is still there...
Now the shity part is that im just comin off a 10 week cycle and i gota do alota deads and squats in clomid therapy to keep my gains... now wtf do i do if its hernia....
