    If you just take 50mgs a day, would you break it up? or would you take the full dose prior to workout?

    Ive done both pre- and spread thru the day but with these before workout is my opinion.

      I had 75 mg one's that I just took in the morning.

        I had the 75mg ones too.

        1 in the am, 1 in the afternoon - 1 hour prior to workout, 1 before bed. << SEE AVATAR!!

        Or did you mean if you're only doing 1 a day???? LOL!! <<< again see avatar!!!

        See I just re-read the question! It's only one a day!! I see, I'd do it about an hour pre workout for no other reason that WHY NOT!

          yeah, I was thinking about an hour prior to workout. Get the benefits in the gym. I'm sure I'll end up throwing another one or 2 back throughout the day.

            I don't think it makes a difference given the longer halflife of a-50. If you workout at night, I would take my daily dose 1-2 hours prior to workout. It makes sense to me to have the highest blood levels during and post workout.
