Can someone drop me a site name that can give the nutritional info on all foods?(ie...carbs,fat,cals,protien ect)i use to have one,but i lost the addy when my puter crashed

If you go to the fast food chain's website, they post the nutritional information. It's the most accurate way and they have their updated sandwiches.

Anyone ever have the wendy's grilled chicken sandwich. It Rocks!!!
