Positive: Done it...loved the strength and aggression in the gym! I could have ripped a stop sign in half!I didnt want to stop working out and it made me dare myself to put MORE weight on the bar or rack.....loved it!
Negatives: Made me an ass. Roid rage is bullshit IMO but that gave me as close to having it even more than doing Cheque Drops. I got strong but I bodybuild and thats for Powerlifters. Toxic as all hell as Hell as well!
