  • Take a week off now?

    hey guys .. my 10-11 week cycle is over now, i have started my hcg for 3 days now and i ll start clomid on thursday...


    originally i was goin to take the first week of clomid therapy off , but does it make any dif. if i take a week off right now?

    i have developed a weird pain in my lower abs from deads and squats i hope its not hernia but it sure feels like it... i was thinkin may be ill help if i take a week off, i also feel kinda overtrained...

    yesterday i went to the gym after a day off and i still felt soreand burned out...

      I doubt that you're crashing so soon, it must be the monotony of all the things you went through. It's a good idea to take time off. Just adjust your diet accordingly and you'll be fine.

        bro, i'd take some time off if the pain in your lower abdomen is bothering you that bad...if it doesn't subside, i'd go to the doctors and get checked out

          It's week off time for me too bro. Remember when those androgens are low the cortisol abundant, so working out can be counterproductive.

            are you feeling a lump down there is anything pushing out? If not then you might have just pulled an ab muscle or something like that. just my 2c

                I would still go, and lift light for a week or so, just to keep the muscles used to lifting. Thats what I do if I "time off" just light short workouts.

                      bro just cheked your form on the squats and deads and make sure u strenghten those abs and lower back. and for now take min a couple days off...u deserve it. i msure u liefted pretty hard while on the cycle.
                      i get that back pain from heavy squatting and deads as well as cleans, it s normal just rest..go into a hot tub,jacuzzi or spa it will help
