there's been a lot of debate over that, but most all the studies i've seen show taht IM has a higher yield, but a faster release into the blood stream.

but it's a matter of preference ... 12% wouldn't make a noticeable difference, i just do it for convenience ...

i should ask this too while we are at it.. how long does it take for my boyz to fully come back "online" ??? im takin 500iu ed for 10 days.. been 3 days dont think i can tell much difference..

well you can do eod with hcg and as far as your boys coming back everyone is diff and it depends on what gear you took but a est 4-12 weeks to be back in full swing i know after a deca tren cycle it takes me 2 mths to get back in action
