  • Forearm Injections?

I did a search on it and nothing came up.....so I guess I will ask it. I have really small forearms.........so small when I played college football all my teammates would call me T-rex.....cause of my forearms. I'm embarrassed of them. Do you think they can take site injections......and a better question would be would they grow from them?

    no and no...
the muscles in there are too small (especially in ur case) and way too many blood vessels... i don't think u could take more than say 0.5cc of gear...
besides site injections don't work... u might get temporary swelling (which makes the muscle look bigger) but eventually the swelling decreases and ur back to where u started at.....
so far i have only heard of one guy that has supposedly seen some site growth on his calves (um, Vandoo! but i personally don't believe in it.....

funny you asked this question, as I just injected both my forearms last friday. I did it mainly to see if it was possible and how bad it hurt. I used durabolin as it is painless. You inject your forearms with prop or suspension and you'll be asking the guy in the stall next to you to zip up your pants lol. bottom line, it hurts like a mofo, way too many nerves. if you don't hit a nerve, you'll hit blood. I did manage to get .5 ml in each forearm (after sticking myself about 20 times). so I'd say get a grip master, or slap the salami a couple extra times a day, but leave the injections to the normal places. this is just my opinion and I do know of some that have injected forearms, but they had damn big forearms to start with so it was easier to get some oil in.
What we need is more people who specialize in the impossible

not a good idea bro!! As they all said already,, too many veins, blood vessels, and the muscles r fast twitch fibers so they will react to the needle and twitch on u when u inject. JUST slap the salammy around a bit more and use both hands!

This is not a place for site growth debate ( I got a boatload of opinions) but i will say, the muscle is too thin, too spread out, and loaded with nerves, blood vessels, tendons, and ligaments. Not soemthing to F-with. Want to beef up the forearms? No straps ever, Farmers walks, Grip Strength thingy(thats the technical name) Wrist rollers, wrist curls, wrist extensions. Do these split up into two workouts, youll have popeye forearms in a month or two. Small forearms can hold bavk your growth in you upper arms (Bis, Tris) so adress this problem ASAP.

                      no straps

no straps is a good idea but there's one thing i have to use straps on: shrugs.

Seated grip helps the forarms. Also, I get I good pump from doing cable bicep curls. My forearms were very lame, yet I'm finally seeing some gains now that I'm on gear and really pushing myself. I also do deadlifts and shrugs... everything helps. Oh ya, and I agree with the no strap rule. I don't use a weight belt either for the same reasons.

Best of luck to you, I know what it's like to have smaller forearms.
I know nothing about any of this insanity... it's just a fun game to me.
