not really painfull at all. maybe years ago it would have been. all of my injections are around 5ml 3 times a week due to tha doseages i use. ill shoot into biceps,pecs or delts. dosen't matter too much.

1-2 ccs. in the delts.

i love shooting pecs. its the easiest. 2 inches above the nip and your good to go.
