Its really in its own category. It has no ECA, so it doesnt compare. It is not going to hurt you by any means, but I wouldnt waste my money on any of their products. Their cutting gel did jack for $75, and their magical night time protein was like $100 for 30 servings.I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body
