i use ephedrine often and have used Clen in the past. my preference is ephedra. However if taking clen, be sure to take some potasium and magnesium otherwise you can really cramp up.Comment

I usually go with Clen since it's easier to get and doesn't make me quite as jittery and cracked out as the ephedrine does.I run suicide drills over and over with the weight of the world on my shouders... I'm far from being god, but i work god damn hard.Comment

Both are beta andrenergics (stimulates beta sites). Clenbuterol is beta 2 selective like albuterol/salmeterol and ephedrine is not. One or the other should not make you feel more or less of anything. It would be dose related. I wrote ephdrine above just because clen has too long of a half life for me (ephedrine 4 hours/clen 36 hours).A government big enough to give you everything you want, is strong enough to take everything you have. -Thomas JeffersonComment
