Doh! I'm at week #6 and already up 35lbs.

Loving the gains, but people are starting to notice. Been asked numerous times already if I'm taking steroids. So far I've been able to get by with telling people I've only gained 20lbs, been hitting the gym like crazy lately, and then point to my stack of suppliments on the kitchen table.

But at this pace, I'll be up 45-50lbs by the beginning of week #9! And people arn't gonna believe me!

Guess I'd better bust out the bulky sweaters for a while. Anyone else have good ideas for attributing gains?

It's good to be noticed but not to noticed right!You're telling them the same thing I do,but they still tend to raise their eyebrows don't they?I started wearing bigger shirts and also made it a point that when I was around the main ones who were questioning me I would be eating a protein bar or drinking a shake and said it was the protein.It also helped our sales on protein at the gym!

when people see what i eat they never ask about steroids and the few who do i just say i have wonderful genetics you jelious fuc=s and they most all the time never ask agin
