  • arms going numb

Does anyonne know exactly why your arms go numb about mid-cycle? It's similar to when a body part goes to sleep, but this actually wakes me up it's so bad. It becomes such a pain in the ass. Especially if you're like me, and sleep with your arms over your head. That just won't happen. You get no sleep.

wierd, never happens to me. It sounds like a blood circulation issue, might wanna go get that checked out

It's because you are holding water....It's no big deal......just learn how to sleep on your back

I figured it might be from water retention. I guess the extra water constricts, or make it easy to constrict small vessels if you're not laying right. As far as sleeping on my back. It ain't happenin unless I pull the sleeper sofa out because the other night time on cycle issue is I snore like hell, so the wifey gets no sleep. No big deal though. Ya gotta take the bad with the good.

yeah, it took me awhile to learn to sleep on my back. I'm used to sleeping on my side but after a few minutes my arms go numb. If you have a heard time sleeping on your back try taking a sleeping pill.

I'm not sure if it has anything to do with being "on" I find this happens to me whenever I put on some weight in a short period of time. Then as I become accustomed to the weight it doesn't happen any longer.

I only get that when im "on". Either sleep on the back or put your arms down along the sides.

I've been sleeping with a big pillow between my arms and that seems to help when I sleep on my side. I find that my hands fall asleep when I sleep on my back and my arms fall asleep when on my side.

This has only showed up since I've started Deca. Must be the extra water like everyone says.

I always sleep on my stomach, can't sleep on my back. As for your arm going to sleep, tell him to wake up, j/k. It might be that you have poor blood circulation, have it checked out if you can.

I get that while being on too. I remember hearing why this happens, but can't remember now. Something to do with blood......gee how smart am I? LOL I dunno, I just can't remember.
I bend but I do not break.
