True, but if you put on 15 or so lbs of muscle your overall bodyfat percentage would drop without actually losing any fat...which atleast visually would give the appearance of a more defined body
@ 50mg/ml you will need about 1 bottle per week. if i were you i would look for something atleast 200mg/ml, this way you wont have to stick yourself as much and it will probably work out to be cheaper. personally i would'nt run eq for less than 12 weeks.

I somewhat agree hate, but if you put on 15 pounds of muscle in that short of time, you also going to gain fat. Every time i bulk i put on a bit of blubber! From his post he wants to be "cut" but they cant both come at once.
EQ by itself. You will need to run 600mg per week minimum. If I had to do EQ and EQ only I would run 800 or a gram. You may be suseptable to increased anxiety at those dosages however. I know at 800 I was but you may be different. Personaly EQ IMO needs to be stacked with at least a maintenance dose of test. Now that I have played around with most of the simple compounds I am a subscriber that all good things come from test or a stack with test.
All EQ cycle should last 14 weeks. On the high side you more than likely will not need anti-e's but you will still be shut down.
Personaly EQ is my favorite compound. I however would run some test at 200-300mg per week. Or better yet run prop ED for less water retention.

5'10? 175? And your not cut? Bro, you need a serious look at your diet and your goals. Shoot for 200lbs. Or unless you like the look of Kenyan runners, bulk up a little. Your 21, your metabolism should help you diet down once you add muscle. Whats your diet and training program look like now?

i had almost the same stats mr sheetz, for my first cycle i ran eq at 300mgs/wk and test enth at 400mgs/wk and i got a bigger but also a good setup to get ripped as hell. If your what your sats say you are you are already lean, if you dont want to get bigger than eat clean and and do cardio it will be easy to trim down.
If you have on a 10 ml bottel of Eq and you want to run it for 10 weeks then you would have to take 1ml a week but that would only give you 50mg a week when you need like 600mg a week. I ran Eq by itself during the season to maintain and that is what it did it kept me strong but I was taking about 500mg a week
IMO you need to get some more gear. If you want to get cut up eq is not the best product for that.
