How do you get the very last drop out of a multidose vial?

I always have the feeling I am wasting precious gear. I was thinking of dipping one of those exacto cutters in alcohol and then use it to cut off the rubber stopper so I can get everything out. What do you think?

just rip the top off. i dont even worry about being sterile with it...your not going to use it again so.. just dont drop shit in the vial and get it on what your sucking up.

Just rip off the top, and make sure that ur using a 1.5"pin to reach the bottom

Im with the other bros...thats what I do..When I near the end of a vial..say 2-3cc's left Ill rip the top off with my teeth and get all of it out and divide into as many cc's. Jking about the teeth.

That's pretty much what I was thinking of doing, except I cannot just rip it off, my vials have an aluminum ring clamping down the rubber, so I would have to cut out the stopper's center instead.

Actually I was thinking when I used it to drain my 50 and 20mls, but you are right a 1" will reach the bottom of a 10ml
