I put an abrupt stop to my cycle alittle over a week ago when I started pissing blood- good news- went to doc got meds its all cleared up- kidney infection. This came right at the end of week 8 on a 600 Mgs Test, 600 Mgs eq and 150 Mgs eod fina cycle. Im now taking clomid,nolva, and liquidex. Im looking for opinions on how much time off between cycles. I was planning on the one I stopped to go for 16 weeks- Im thinking 4 weeks off should give a nice break- but some have suggested 8 or more- next cycle will be TEST and FINA only.
JK, personally, even though it may not have been the aas causeing you to piss blood, you still pissed blood, so I would take a longer rest then usual. If you where in good health when you stopped at week 8 then I would say just start again when ever you feel the need...but I like long cycles.
Big- I agree with you on the long cycle idea- and was planning on it- but blood in the piss is a bummer and it scared me into a break- I think when I do come back Ill run Test only for a month to ease back in.
IMO opinion take as much time off as you were on.
Give your receptors a chance to clean out completely.
As for your kidneys, you may want to take Cranberry Extract and make sure you drink 1.5 or more gallons of water a day.
Time on=Time off. In your case, do you actually think the Kidney infection was from your AS usage?

I see alot of guys that develop symptoms or some type of illness and immediatley want to blame AS for this, when it may have not been the case. In other words, you may have gotten that infection if you were off AS.
Are you drinking enough water? Are you drinking soda's?
What is your diet like?
Could your doc give you any insight on what caused it?

No I dont blame the AAS use for the infection at all. Im on Swolecats diet and have eaten very clean. My water intake has slowed the last few weeks- during the first 5-6 weeks of the cycle i was at least 1 gallon to 1 1/2 gallon a day- Im under that now but working on getting that back up. I dont realy drink soda- maybe a few diet cokes a week
no- he didnt he said it was an infection- sent urin out for testing to make sure the meds he gave me would kill the bacteria or what ever- I took the meds and it cleared up in about 3 days
