I'm 5'11" 189lbs. 24 years old.im in good shape and have been working out for about a year and a half and want to try a cycle..ive heard sustanan 250/wk and winstrol every other day for 8 weeks is good for beginners.jsut looking to get cut for spriing break.if anybody has any info for me i would definately appreciate it..thanks
Ah yet another 1st cycle. To answer your question, at least in my opinion sust 250 and winny sucks as a first cycle. Stick to a single ester, unless you plan on injecting every other day for at least two weeks. Here goes my newbie cycle choices, in my prefered order:
1)Test Ethanate 400mg weekly
2)Test E 400mg/ Deca 300mg
3)Test E 400mg/ EQ 400mg
I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body
I pray at least 6 times a day to build my soul
Sust and winny, why not. It'll work bro. You'll be surprised how strong you'll get
wks 1-12 500mg inj on Mon and Thur. Winny is weak and I can't see it being a strong drug even for a newbie. Therefor I say 50mg Ed wks 6-12.

My first cycle was sust and winny. I did 750mg/week of sust for weeks 1-12. Then did 50mg winny ED weeks 8-14. I had awesome results.
