Sub Q is where you take a pinch of fat and skin, and inject it underneath the layer of skin. IM is inside your muscle, just like when you giving yourslef an AAS injection. IM is done at a 90 degree anle Sub Q is given more at a 45 degree angle.

Sub Q is usually administered lower abs, or upper thighs near the hip insertion.

just pinch a fold of fat on your tummy, stick the pin in on a angle and shoot. 1/2" should be fine.
