Well I missed a shot last week due to illness but I'm 100% back and good to go. Ate my first solid mean today in almost 2 weeks and working out again tommorow and it's been almost 2 weeks since I have as well. Good to be back everyone! Changing my cycle up a bit though. Was on 600 plus mg test/week but decided to lower is even further.
250mg QV test every 4 days
2.5mg liquid femera eod
10mg liquid nolvadex eod
*fat burners taken pre-workout
**might add 200mg QV eq/week as well
Trying to get as lean as possible and build a few more pounds of lean mass. Abs are already visible. 5'10 - 218 pounds.
I know they are low doses but I swear by low dose cycles and I gain pretty well off of them and don't really have a need or want to get excessive. Plus I go on for a long time anyway so moderate doseages seem to suit me better for this purpose. Wish me luck. When I'm really lean I'm also most likely going to add d-bol as well but only at 15mg ed and I'll finish my cycle off with test along with that for a few more months.
