yea I agree, you should start seeing more or better results as the next few weeks come. I would drop the carbs a bit.

Actually, I would have two carbs meals only. One earlier in the day, all complex, about 4-5 hours before your workout. That way, you have a little fuel, but it will be burnt off quick, and your body will start using fat for energy, allowing a more fat-burning type of workout. Then do the usual dextrose/malodextrin/whey post workout shake.I eat at least 6 times a day to build my body
