I don't know guys, I think just coming off right at a time of a surgery could have some serious issues.
think about this for a second you come off and you have to go threw a hormonal imbalance while recovering? I think you'd be better coming off and having your balance back prior to surgery.
...sounds like thats too late so I would have to suggest a HRT type method of either 250mg of test E weekly or get some patches or gels and go the androgen rought.

I just think you'd have the least amount of negative sides affecting you with HRT then cold turkey. I don't know how long you've been on but the cortisol levels alone aren't a good thing for healing.

why not do a good pct get your body back to normal and healed and then when you hit it again your receptors will be nice and clean and you will respond better to your next AAS cycle... just a thought

food for thought and i know some won't agree i was off for 6 months and then doc prescribed me test cyp... i was taken and i swear only 200mg a week and i had some of my best gains ever...

Yes. I would drop AAS totally four days before. I did two days before and total test came in low/normal and free test came in mid/normal. RBC came in high.
