  • Sleeping disorder

    lately my body kind swicht its regular pattern of sleeping and now i m sleeping from 5 am to 4 pm, it doesnt seem to change and during the day i m too week to just wake up and wait till nite.

    any thoughts on this?

      What gear are you on ?? Fina ?? If you are, thats prolly it, if not, then what gear you on ??

        Sometimes it helps to go to sleep quicker if you service your wife at nite. If your single rub one out before you go to bed.

        Don't excersise late at night

        Eat some carbs, they'll make you tired

        melatonin
