I am gonna do a 10 week cycle of 500mg a week of sustanon 250 and 200mg of eq if i inject monday can i mix the two in the same shot and will the eq stay in my system until the next monday I will do another 250mg of the sust on thursday.......

how much gear you use has alot to do with how much you weigh and how experienced at cycling you are. Generally 300 is a min and 400 mgs would be plenty if this is your first cycle. Mixing the eq with the sust will take some of the sting out of the sust, eq and sust both have long half lifes eq being 3 weeks, so if it were me I'd do 200 mgs of eq with 250 mgs of sust every 4th day.Comment
