If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
I am on week 4 of T200/Deca, and every night while I sleep the past 2 weeks, I have been sweating, and alot. I am losing up to 5 pounds each night from it. I gain it back the next day though.
I will be at 185# before I go to bed, only to wake up at 177# to 179#. My bed gets so soaked that I have to lay on a towel to soak it all up. Why is that, anybody know?
hey... i had a similar problem with fina..... I found that if i wore a shirt to bed, i didnt seem to sweat as bad.... either that or it just soaked the sweat up ..... either way it made sleeping easier........

I got like that on fina - I just handed my wife an electric blanket and told her to budle up cuz it was gonna get nippy, then turned the AC way down. LOL
The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.
Yea, I tried just a sheet, but i am still sweating. I even have a high speed fan blowing right on me. When I uncover I freeze like I am sleping in ice. That dosent kill your gains any?
