I'm trying to inform myself about clen. Can you take it by itself? How much do you take, how often. I am coming off a sus only cycle and I want to cut up. This is one of the only things available to me so I want to find some stuff out about it.

you can take it buy itself, but i would use T3 with it. Look at the FAQ article on it, in the FAQ section. -
I would not use T3.

ppl who use T-3 w/o steroids usually lose quite a bit of muscle along with the fat...just go with the clen/eca and alternate them every 2 weeks like mentioned aboveComment
