is it ok to do 250mg of sustonon 250 and 200 mg of deca in the same shot i mean mix the two of them? And if im doing 500mg of the sust and 400mg of the deca a week would i do it monday and thursday? Now for a stupid ? someone said i should do liq ed i believe what does that mean?

Ok, yes you can mix, oil-oil & water-water. Monday & Thursday are fine, and so is Tuesday and Saturday. Liq Every Day is beneficial for bloat and gyno. ED stands for every day. What are your stats?

Yup....liquidex everyday....around 0.25mg - 0.5mg/day

very good idea! The deca will help take the pain of sus away. Test alone is usually painful, so i like to mix. Also high volume injects hurt more. Take 1cc of liquidex every other day (oraly,do not inject). The half life is long enough you dont need it every day, and i think it is easier ,but you can do .5cc ed if like

Dude, depending on what he gets, that could be 4mg eod of liquidex!!! Waaaaaaaay too much. Keep it around 0.25mg - 0.5mg/day.

well i was taking for granted that he would get the 1mg/ml since that is about all you can buy any more. There are a few 4mg bottles floating around,but doubt thats what he has.therefore 1cc eod = .5mg every day!
