Before I ask the question, if the mods consider this a recreational post, then please take it down. I just wanted to know if any one who uses these (mine are legal, doctor prescribed) post cycle, do they help your body recover faster, I know they don't rasise test levels, but do they suppress cortisol levels? Should one use them with clen? I would ask my doc, but I think I already know what he would say, lol. I get them prescribed for me, but I only take them when I really need them, because they make me really tired. Any advice would be appreciated, and again if I broke any rules with this post, delete it or just ban my ass, whatever, I'll understand. Thanks.

Bodybuilders sometimes use Valium for two reasons. One reason being that it will help them to sleep while on drugs such as ephedrine, clen, or thyroid hormones. Another reason is that Valium can be used for its ability to reduce the level of cortisol in the blood. This hormone, has a catabolic effect. Since Valium can lower cortisol secretion, they may theoretically produce an anti-catabolic effect, equating to new muscle growth/muscle retention as the action of cortisol is diminished. Many users find that the lethargic effect Valium has on the user is too much trouble for it to be taken regularly as a performance enhancer. Some will prefer to not take the drug while training intensely, but taking Valium on a rest day when training is a little more relaxed. Dosage is probably around 15 - 20mg at night. I personally wouldn't play with it.I bend but I do not break.

Thanks Pincushion, I appreciate it. I usually never take these during the day, but I figured if I was on clomid, and I usually take a week or two off when I'm on clomid, they might be of some benefit at a low dose during the day.Disclaimer: Manic Behavior is not a real person, he is only a figment of your imagination. This post is not even real.
Do NOT mess with a suburbanite, cuz we're just not going to take it anymore.

I have used xanax, valium, klonopin, ambien, etc., for many purposes. Usually just to sleep though, as my doc prescribed. They work very well for that, always seem to help me recover better too, probably b/c of deeper sleep= better GH release and more REM time. As long as you're not sluggish, and don't have a tendency to get addicted, then I think it's a good idea!
