  • Cardio gonna shaft me?

    Is doing a little cardio on my cycle ok? Or will it wreck all my gains.

    My cycle is as follows:

    1-4 25mg dbol ED
    1-10 400mg Test Enthan
    Clomid post

    Its obviously a bulking cycle but I like to run 15-20 min before my workout, also it helps with getting the inject to flow.

    light cardio before lifting is a good idea as it helps get you warmed up, but i wouldnt go overboard while bulking

      Is that do to the nirtogen balance? I read that once a certain amount of horomone is used it becomes protein consuming versus catobolizing. I think Ill just run for 15 min then do an intense workout.

        no it is because running burns calories, and bulking you want to gain calories, not burn them!

          regular cardio helps to lower blood pressure, i think it is beneficial especially while on


          just do a little light walking.running

            I ride a bike for 5 minutes at 90 rpm everyday to warm up before a workout but no more than 5 while bulking.

              I want to increase muscle size not get fat. I dont care about calories. But Im aware that calories are necessary in protein synthesis but only to the extent that they are anti catabolic?
              Im assuming as long as I eat regularly throughout the day all the energy I need should be available.

                you should care about calories. If you burn more calories than you consume, then you will loose weight, ie - Muscle mass.

                    well said. too many people think that steroids are just going to make them big, but neglect the fact that FOOD IS THE MOST ANABOLIC SUBSTANCE PERIOD! Maybe that is why you only wiegh a buck 70, because you dont know the importance of consuming calories, and lots of them! Just do light cardio. BTW if you bulk you are going to gain fat. No way around it. Have you ever seen the pros in the off season? Thats why we do bulking cycles and cutting cycles. you cant do both at once. I wish, but not possible

                      Socrates - You should be consuming around 5000 calories/day on this cycle. Lookup the harris-benedict formula as well to figure out your BMR.

                        if you wanna do cardio you could try powerwalk.it wont burn too many cal and will help you get some cardio done, less stress on joints and burn some BF

                          I like to do 20-30min of cardio 3 times a week when bulking. I do it first thing in the morning. It seems to help keep bf lower and bp lower. But on the days i do cardio i eat an extra meal that day.

                            i do cardio 4 times a week 30-45 mins incline walk it helps keep my bf down wether bulking or cutting it does not hinder my gains

                              when bulking you need to consume alot of water right? How much is a fair amount?
