    I'm using accutane 40mg a day and its working. The results are supposed to be some what permanent.

        Not that bad imo. I have noticed dryer skin (mostly lips and hands). One side effect i didn't see listed but i seem to get is insomnia. I already had trouble sleeping sometimes before i started the accutane. But both the sides listed have decreased during my third week on.

            ive taken acutane twice, worked great for me, but after about a year it starts to come back... i might take it again soon, only side effect was chapped lips for me.

              I hate those, I put a little retinA on the spot and it usually clears up. I have some bad ones on my quads though that actually left deep scars. sucks
