Right now i have 12% bf but i want to be around 7 or 8 but i also want to gain 20 or so lbs i am gonna start a new cycle in mid may with this cycle will i get chunky or will i get more ripped my nutrition is good and im just starting cardio agian. I am 21 6'1 1/2 190...........

All of this is going to come down to your dieting kid. This cycle is not so bad for some good gaind, I would maybe do something like this:
wk 1-10 400mg EQ(QV)
wk 1-10 500mg Sustanon or Test enanthate(QV)
wk 1-40 35-50mg of d-bol ED
You should gain some decent pounds, but it will boil down to your diet and workout's. You could get you some Liq for the bloat and maybe some gyno. And other's here will tell you to get you some clomid. Good luck kid.
I think that if you used EQ instead of deca and you added some arimidex ED/EOD, while also keeping your diet clean but big ,that you could very possibly get 15-20lbs while dropping a couple BF%.
Other things to think about is Tren, its good at putting on lean mass quick while, dropping BF and last but not least some cardio in the morning before breakfast will help, but dont do to much or you wont get that 20lbs your looking for.

First thing first. Your not going to go from 12% bf, and add 20 lbs of muscle. Steroids are not magic. Choose one or the other. While it is possible to either lose 4% bf or gain 20 lbs. its not at the same time. You can lose bf and add maybe 5lbs of muscle. You need to reasses your goals. Just keeping it real.

i have about 9 weeks until i start that cycle should i take this time to get as ripped as possible and then bulk up on that cycle.... how much % could i possibly lose in that amount of time? during that cycle would i gain the fat back or would i stay lean and hard looking......

if you want to cut, drop the sust for prop @ 350mg/week min. keep the eq @ 400mg/wk. dbol wks 1-4 is ok, but i think you would like winny better for the last 6 wks@ 50mg/day. have you thought about fina? a fina/prop/winny cycle can kick ass for cutting. i say cut it down then if you want more weight save the bulker for the winter. jmo
