If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
Every once in a while maybe once a month or so I will be laying down in my bed and have to sit up because my face feels all hot and the back of my neck...then ill go to the bathroom and my face and neck is all red. I am thinkin maybe its anxiety or high blood pressure but ill usually turn the fans up in my room and just wait it out. I guess its from my cycle i just came off of of somethin???...any suggestions here
It can be blood pressure. If its anxiety you would be feeling it in flashes and would get nervous, short of breath etc. Try taking something for blood pressure. Everyone is different but try something simple like flax seeds. Add it to your foods or just take a pill form. You may be amazed on how well it can work. do that as a 1st step and if not, maybe monitor it and seek a doc for a prescription. You would think the BP would be up during your cycle as well. Get it checked out by a doc. If you are experiencing this post cycle, you should get it checked out. You ran some serious amounts during cycle. Hih BP is something that usually goes unoticed. Hence the term "silent killer".
