My back is killing me, I went to play hoops this afternoon, and my lower back started just throbbing. Right now I'm on fina, winny, test, eq. I've heard a lot of guys get painful pumps in legs/back with fina, but it has never bothered me before.
I have to play in a basketball game on March 21, is there anything I can do to help stop the pain, or keep it from hurting then?
i always thought dbol was giving me back pumps. guess the fina was just making it worse. i would have to lay down in the locker room with my eyes closed for like 20 minutes after only 2 sets of squats. could barely walk.
if your like me, the back pumps last for 4-8 weeks after the fact. i found that some ibuprofen would lessen the pain. i've considered sticking some nubain in there. good luck
I'm curious - what in the hell is a 'back pump'? I'm runnin Deca/Sus and get em too - just like a tightening in the back to the point where shooting in the glutes is impossible...
Why would AS cause this in my back but nowhere else (constant cramping pump)?
