Dude I would say that you need to MINIMUM 6 months if you are bright and 1 year if you are smart to even begin to grasp the concept of how to use steroids to manipulate your body. At your height and weight if you stood in the closet and I saw you there I would be confused as to which one was the broom. While you are studying you could atleast put on 10-15 lbs naturally plus enhance your training techniques and diet.
In my opinion you are not even close to being ready to take any type of steroid, but it is your life and you must live with the consequences. I hope you are smart enough to realize that you need more then a few words from some guys on a board to help you with a cycle.
I just joined this board and I am thouroughly disgusted that you guys would even encourage him to undertake this venture rather then give him the correct advice which he needs.

Thanks fluid. I dont get, it I came here because Im gonna cycle whether I know what Im doing or not. Or more precisely whether I know "why" im doing what im doing, with knowledge of what should be done. So I can read up on cycles every day for the rest of my life or I can look for help which is why Im here. It seems like half of you guys just like flaming newbs, and the other half are decent guys who care whether I blow up like a balloon or have a sudden sex change. Where do you stand? Man, this honestly is a great board. If you came on to many other boards posting like this, you would have had your ass flamed away at the first post. We are all here to help, but man, you REALLY have to do your own research. This board is a great research tool, but use many others as well. Do as much research as you possibly can, then if you are confused about something, or have any questions, post 'em, and everybody here will be happy to help. But don't come on here saying, "I have no idea what I'm doing" and expect us to build a cycle for you, tell you what every drug we've listed does, etc. I'm not trying to flame, or be an ass, I'm just tellin' ya the way it is bro.

Do what I did read the profiles of these steroids and figure out which is best for your situation here are a couple of sites to help you out.....

also go to this sites profiles very good reads. I remember spending up to 5hrs a night reading and learning.
NOw to help out in your case 50mg of dbol is high for your first cycle. 30mg will do fine for 4 weeks. Enanthate is good or some sustanon will work for 8or 10 weeks @500mg a week. I'd save the EQ. Remember this is your firat cycle no need to go to crazy. ALso liquidex will help with bloat. GO to the top of this page for a site to get it at. Either clomid or novaldex will be good for post-cycle. If you need any more help PM me. You have to understand these guys aren't putting you down, but its people that dont know what there doing that puts the social agenda on steroids. I hope this helps.

yes we all began somewhere, but most of us joined a board like this and read,read ,and read some more. You want everybody to do your research for you. nobody has flamed you. You have just been told the cold truth. Now read the faq, and do a search (top right corner) and put some effort in to this.If you wont put an effort into researching on your own, i guess you probaply wont put much into your cycle.

No liquidex is during the entire cycle. Post cycle shoud start(if your using enthate or sus)3 weeks after your last shot. Also read up on HCG. If you have a girlfriend she'll appreciate it. Hell your little buddies will appreciate it.
