NOW IVE BEEN ON 200MG OF PROP 3X A WEEK AND IVE GOT VERY STRONG OFF OF THIS AND SOMETIMES I'M 5LB STRONGER ON BENCH OR INCLINE OR BACK OR WHAT EVER BODY PART,IVE NEVER EVER LOST ANY STRENGTH OR HAD A BAD DAY. MY POINT IS THAT BEFORE THIS SURGERY IVE LOOKED BACK AND MY CALORIES A DAY BASICLY SUCKED AND MY PROTEIN INPUT BUT I STILL GAINED SIZE AND MAJOR STRENGTH. NOW IS THIS JUST FROM 600MG OF PROP OR COULD I HAVE A REAL GOOD GENETIC TYPE .NOW SHOULD 600MG OF PROP MAKE YOU A STRENGTH DEMON OR SOMEWHAT STRONG WITH A VERY HARD LOOK EVEN EATING THIS WAY.

300mg of prop does wonders for me and I eat very clean. I usually take in 1.5grams of protein per pound of body weight. Very low carbs and fat. I still gain size and strength. 6 Weeks ago I could only squat 275lbs for 4 reps, now I can do 20 reps!!!! I can't wait to see my 1 rep max next week.

Many things to consider. I heard if you did GH just ONCE but for a long period of time it doesn't matter what you do or how much you take you'll still continue to grow and see improvements. GH will rejuvenate you and give you another genetic boost.
And also 600mg of prop is a decent amount even for a vet user, that also plays the role.
Prop got me strong, so did Tren, but the best AAS that gave me the most strenght was sustanon.
