I took all mine in the morning with my clen.
You might want to spend more time tapering down. It will help your thyroid recovery. It's much more important than tapering up.

Anything under 50mcg I would just take in one shot...in the AM on an empty stomach.

My Grandma takes T3 replacement, she takes it all in the morning. At least thats what people who use it for therapuetic purposes do
