Guys right now Im off, havent done a cycle in months. I got pretty good size on me but the thing is that Im tired of my current routine. Im doind a body part once a week. I really dont like it like this, dont feel much. I was used to training it 2 times a week. Well the thing is I wanna get cut up naturally with a clean diet no roids or anything right now. I was wondering how manY days a week and how many reps should I hit the muscle with. I m gonna do cardio once more again, cause Ive been lazy not doing it. What do yo all think. Ive done nothing but bulk up since Ive started lifting weights 5 years ago.
The thing is Im afraid od losing size while cutting up. I wanna keep the size I got but cut it up. Im just scared of getting skinny or even flabby, you know. Would high reps affect the size I got.
