    Re: HRT...

I don't claim to be a genious but I do know from supplementing with test LH drops dramatically, FSH is affected little to none. You do need to watch dihydrorotest if your prone to male pattern baldness or prostate issues in your family. Back to the issue of not being concerned about HCG??? If you are on HRT and plan to be on it... you are still sexually active and want to blow a load greater than a teardrop after 2 years... be concerned.

      Re: HRT...

From what little I read on LH, I'm thinking that HCG will boost LH as well?

and yes, I realize that HCG is needed for fertility and so on.

        Re: HRT...

This is the point of the HCG. Stimulate test production and spermitogenisis through and increase in LH. Did I miswrite or misread what I wrote above? Not trying to be ****y, just don't get it. LH WILL be affected by supplementing with 250mg of test a week. I have at least 20 blood test to prove it to be true. Unless I'm a freak and what I've read is bunk... I'm quite sure.

I don't know if you misread or miswrote your post, but I got what you wrote.

and thanks for clarifying, and putting together how HCG and LH work together.

            Re: HRT...

yeah what i was getting as is LH which sets off natrual testosterone does more then just set off testosterone, responsible for many functions in the body. so using HRT gives you a great test level but your blocking all LH's other functions by shutting is down. HCG would fix that, but have to be careful with HCG not to overuse it.

Great point - which raises even more questions, specifically, spawned by your response - what are the other critical functions of LH?

                  Re: HRT...

This is an intersting question, I have been on HRT for 5+yrs and haven't ran into any other 'hormone' issues (except the DHT and male pattern baldness.. ****).
I have blood tests every 6 months. They all come out good.. But then again, wiuth the question at hand, I don;t think any of the other 'hormones' effected are being tested (Except maybe thyroid).
Now, I won't be seeing my endo for about a year...
I'll check with another source and see what she has to say.

                      Re: HRT...

OK.. Gonna have to do some research here. This was a good question. As I was just told, it is one of the most confusing things in the body. One can add a hormone and not effect others until a certain threshold is hit. It all has to do with the negative feedback... Which we all know about negative feedback.
As noted above, all the diferent hormones and chemical balances can be affected by excessive AAS and even extensive AAS use...
At this point, I would do what Turtle says and include a regimine of HCG, but with caution...
This would be an excellent long term study for a University to do..
