Originally posted by Gladiator Ok I have been reading that some bros are drinking 2-3 gallons of water a day, how in the hell do do work at your job and drink that much water. It takes everything I got to put down 1-1.5. If i drank as much as some people I would piss every 5 minutes. Is there a secret to retaining water?
you can only consume so much, you can risk serious health issues by drinking too much water. What happens is if you drink too much water, you'll dilute your blood, not good either. I drink about 2 gallons a day, yea it sucks, but it keep's me at a decent BF% and I stay hydrated. Honestly, when I work, that's when I drink 1 gallon by itself, the rest just come's through out the day. I always drink a gallon if not more during my routine's.
I dont think that it is the water as much as how uc you have to piss. I drink a shit load of water and i piss every 10 minutes. I think im going to cut down though because it is becoming a real pain.
I like water...sometimes I don't like water... sometimes I don't even want to drink it but force myself to...most of my daily intake of water is during the workout 2/3- gal...sometimes I even make koolaid...IMO I have to drink water while on cycle.
