  • Forgetting the track ?

    What do you bros do if you're stupid enough to forget and lose track on how long u've been on something... like injectable or oral..esp if its liver toxic...like drol...dbol etc..

              The only thing I have a problem with is forgetting when I shot last, and when to shoot again. As long as I know when I started I always remember. Before I start anything I put dates in my head on when to start and stop.

                think real hard and estimate a worse case scenario.

                I keep an excel worksheet of every cycle by week along with notes on growth. Good to look back upon

                    i write down everythhing, doses, dates, even what i eat, training info, i'd be lost without it.
                    You may not recognize your mom when you get home, I shaved her back.
