Not saying that you are wrong but they came in capsules. It says take 1 to 2 caps twice a day with your meals... should I ignore their directions and follow yours. ?

LIV52 IS GREAT FOR YOUR LIVER WHEN YOUR ON AAS AND ESPECIALY ORALS. TAKE IT LIKE I SAID TO AND YOU SHOULDNT EVER HAVE A PROBLEM WITH ELIVATED ENZYMES IN YOUR LIVER IMO. IF YOUR NOT ON GEAR THEN TAKE IT AS DIRECTED THEN.

I would take four a day unless something like dbol or drol was in the mix, then I would go up to six a day.

But best thing to do really is start up with say four a day and then about a couple months in, go get blood work done and see what the number are. If the liver enzymes are high, bump it up to six. Or, start with six and when you get blood work done see where the numbers are. My liver enzymes are always a little high as a result of my former party lifestyle so I take it on and off through out the year even if I'm off. I don't drink or do anything that stresses my liver out. I might have one beer or a glass of wine a month....maybe.

Yep, they just don't take the time to do it responsibly. Then, they die of liver failure at 30 and then everyone blames the aas.

Bro, I haven't been drinking since I was put on anti-anxiety med (Paxil)...maybe a beer here or there but nothing major. I was a never big drinker to begin with.

i always heard chris cormier was a heavy partier. I used to be a big partier pre body building but these days is a beer here and there. on orals none.
