    Hey guys! I'm hoping someone here can give me some advice.

    I know it's not the brightest thing to do, but I want to get the best results quickly. I was talking to a friend who is a nurse and she said that if I just took some steroids for a month, I would probably see no long term effects and get in shape to where I want to be.

    Anyone have any advice about this? I'm a 23 year old male.

    your wrong if you think steroids will change you in one month. You need a min. of 8 weeks. Long term damage-well what do you consider damage. If you take some test just schedule your prostate removal at 55. Most things have more short term sides than long term. Read up in the profiles forum and find out what you need.

            OMG. Sitck around, do some research, read the post's, etc... No wou will not gain much from a month's supply. What are your goals, stats, etc...

              you shouldn't do gear because someone suggests it. it has to be a decision you make because you want it. i don't care if people disagree with this statement or not but ONCE YOU START YOU DON'T GO BACK! i would suggest you research as much as possible and learn everything you can so you can make an informative decision. also what is your stats, goals,ect?

                hey bro! first of all welcome! second, make sure you know what you are doing and do your research....
                i ve seen some good reesults in friends with a month of deca and winstrol and some test. they had good genetics though.
                its possible, not for a bodybuilding look but more for like a model look. G' luck!

                      FIRST OFF, YOUR NURSE FRIEND DOESNT KNOW THAT IT WILL TAKE AT LEAST A WEEK OR TWO TO GET INTO YOUR SYSYEM DEPENDING ON WHAT YOUR TAKING. THEN ONLY TO DO 2 WEEKS AFTER THAT WILL BE A WASTE.

                        Thanks guys for the responses.

                        I'm not wanting to get body-builder big, just model big like someone referred to it as....because that's what I am. I'm a part-time actor/model and I think I could go full-time if I was in better condition.

                        I do not work out as much as I'd like to. I have a 9 - 5 and have an hour long commute to and from work.

                        My stats : 23 year old; 5'7" 145lbs. I don't want to get bulky; just some shape.
