sustanon 250? dose?

i am about to start a cycle of sus.250. 250 stands for mg? I have 20 ml of it. I need to know the dose to be safe. I understand to start low and finish low but exact dose would help. I have access to nolv. anti-e its 150$ can. for 150 tabs, am i getting raped? I have also been taking Finaplix gold 100 mg/ml (trenbolone in sesame oil) I dont know much about it but it keeps me going to the gym with no sides. Any info would help.........thx all

Run the Sust at 500mg wk inj. Monday and Thursday for 10 weeks. How many mg of tren and how often are you taking it.
