this is my 1st time running sust. I tried almost everything but never a blend of different tests. I just finished 3rd week and feel like strength is getting there slowly, so far no weight gain but it's still somewhat early. I'm doing sust organon 500mg a week, mon-thu shots 23 guage 1.5 alternating glutes... sust being a mixture that it is would you guys give your ass some break and maybe do delts, bi's and tri's ?? what I had in mind is using 25g 1" pin have half a cc in one delt, half a cc in another combining 250mg... i would do same for bi's and tri's even quads...

i know alot of guy's like it, but i wasnt impressed. test/prop.eg or test/prop/deca are my favs. i alternate glutes/delts with whatever i do and i dont split delt hit's...2-2.5cc per delt, no probHE WHO MAKES A BEAST OF HIMSELF, GET'S RID OF THE PAIN OF BEING A MAN!!

depending on how lean you are, I go with 25G 5/8th in my shoulders and 23G 1in for my quads.
You definately need to lay off the glutes a bit. My right side has so much scar tissue that I can't shoot there anymore. I use my left every so often, but pretty much rotate shoulders and quads.
Once you get the scar tissue build uo, it SUCKS BAD!!! And ya gotta understand, I am on HRT as well... so I am taking a shot 52wks a year....

^ Yeah, I did 1cc in my right quad on Friday... sore as motha...will do left quad on Monday...then stab delts...then go back and do the assComment
