    does anyone know wat the average body fat percentage is for an average adult male? and also wat is the body fat for body builders like Ronnie Coleman, or Jay Cutler during the contest and wat is it in the off season??

    I would say average would probably be around 15-20%. Bobybuilders usually get down to around 3% during comps.

      I agree with fluid. That's considered average. BBers get prety high, but most don't go over 10-12 I don't think. Except Lee Priest. That guy gets fat as hell in the off-season. He looks like a totally different person.
      The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.

        Is that what it is, I seen that ad and thought it was an old pic.

        I know the guy that did the FUZU ad and the before and after pics were done a year or more before FUZU ever came out.

                I dont buy it...I think this is another rumour about the pros over use. I have never heard this before...did you just come up with it on your own, or have you heard it somewhere?

                The reason I dont buy it is b/c thyroid bounces back after thyroid use is discontinued...if he had a problem before he started bodybuilding related to thyroid function then I could see it, but I doubt this is the reason, I think it has more to do with not traning for 6 months, and eatting fried chicken and fast food all the time.

                      not positive but i'm pretty sure you can fuck up your thyroid for good if your not careful, also lee priest does not take off 6 months from training he says he has never taken off more than a couple of weeks at a time in his whole training career
