Seems everytime i go low/no carb my completion is really clear. I have had acne all the way through college, until I tried bodyopus... got really clear... and now I am just eating little or no carbs again and wammo.... really clear. Anyone else notice this is is it just me? Kind of funny considering your eating so much oil/fat... but makes sense because chocolate and stuff is known to cause it.
Yeah, I get the same results. I cut carbs, and my complexion is perfect.
The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.
When it comes to acne...for me it comes and goes as it pleases. I can't do shit about it. I do eat clean but I really don't think that carbs make a difference.
