protein shake
4 egg whites 2 whole eggs
1 piece of whole grain bread
cup of oats
9am
granola bar
1 piece of what bread with protein peanut butter
multi V, fish oil
lunch
turkey on wheat/ low fat cheese
1 cup asparagus/ broccoli/ carrots
2pm
6oz chicken breast
2 hard boiled eggs
dinner
lean beef or chicken breast
1/3 pound wheat pasta
veggies
pre work out shake
no-xplode with micronized creatine
post work out
protein shake with banana or peanut butter
post work out meal
tuna/ wheat or talipia
bedtime shake -

I stick to eggs, chicken, fish, oatmeal, brown rice and vegies, that's all. I'll do 1.5 to 2 times my weight in grams of protein per day along with 4 cups of oats or rice during the day. Eating every 2.5 to 3 hrs in smaller quantities.
Supplement with Muscletech Nitrotech Bars and shakes

all in one sitting, only meal of day
can we say cheat meal, hmm, might do it again today
doing cardio alot right now, all week long ate lotsa eggs and wheat bread and that was it

It totally depends on what your goals are.... if you are already lean, or are ONLY concerned about getting as much size and muscle as possible, then it doesnt really matter what you eat as long as you are eating at least 1.5 times your bodyweight in protein and carbs... AND that you are eating AT LEAST every 3-4 hours... you need to make sure that you are never hungry and that there is always food in your belly... now, if you want to lose fat then it get a lot more complicated"Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy"...................Benjamin Franklin

Some of the best foods for size in my opinion are hamburger and steak, and make sure you are getting lots of carbs too... people sometimes forget how important carbs are to muscle growth... some people are going to disagree with me on this one but some of the best bulking foods are subway sandwiches and pizza, both with extra meat on them... they are both a very nice balance of protein/carbs..."Beer is proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy"...................Benjamin Franklin

right now-
38g carbs
50g protein
17g fat
...for every meal. i eat only when hungry, which is often considering that is only 505 cals per meal. it usually works out to 8 meals or 4000 cals a day. i am trying to lose weight, get rid of the last bit of fat around my waist and lower back.
carbs are from vegetables, brown rice, oats, fruits. protein is from lean white meats. fats are from olive and fish oils. it has only been 11 days since my trainer switched me to this, it was 50carb, 38 protein, 17 fat. the cals were the same, but the carbs kept me full. it's pretty hard to stay on track because i am so hungry all the time.
i am also drinking liquid beef aminos all day long. no calories in those.

2 Pb&j's
Protien Shake
8oz of steak, rice, broccoli
double scoop protien shake
Whatever was cooked for dinner
usually adds up to around 300-330g of protien
