MOST IN ONE AREA...
GUYS... WHAT IS THE MOST YOU EVER SHOT IN ONE AREA? JUST CURIOUS, CAUSE SOOOOOOOO MANY PEOPLE ARE TELLING ME NEVER SHOOT MORE THAN 2CCS IN THE GLUTE, OR ANYWHERE ELSE... MY PERSONAL BEST WAS 4CC'S IN THE GLUTE

I do 3 in glutes, 1 in tris, 2 in delts, 2 in quads (if I do more i get a dead leg) -

5 ccs butt and 5 ccs delt...Never had a problem, but I dont recommend it..thats just me...maybe I was just f%$#in crazy...
...seriously, I was just trying to preserve all my 4 sites, which is strictly delts and gluteus medius.

personally never more than 2 in the glutes and no more than 1cc any other body part. 5cc in delt??? definitely crazy, you must have been looking like Valentino, tumor looking lump in your delt.You may not recognize your mom when you get home, I shaved her back.

I wasnt doing 5 in the delt very often, typically I wont go over 3 in the delt..but to do 5cc, you need to really push it in slow, allowing it to disipate...then rub it real good afterward. Same on glutes too. The more volume you are shooting, the slower U go. I will take up to 2-3 minutes to push it all in. I find that when I rush it, and push it hard, I get sore more often.Comment
